I do not have that problem. I use NT4 w/SP6 & an HP 8000DN PS printer with
collator bins. I don't think this is a bug. My guess is it's your set-up. Have
you confirmed with Adobe that this is a bug/

Yes, we still pdf at 3 while building in 4. We will continue for an
undetermined period. I don't think I can judge people as lazy for not upgrading.
I can only do my best to supply my docs as readable. Making them all 4, just
because I want it, isn't considering "my" readers. Your readers may vary, of
course.
