I remember reading a review a few years ago about the (then) latest release
of Quark. The reviewer complained quite a bit out how difficult he found it
to convert to HTML.

I don't know if they ever fixed that problem or not. My wife is the Quark
expert in the family, but she's never used it for Web development.
