I'd be interested.

I have a tiny bit of experience in writing proposals. I used to work for an
engineering group that specialized in energy conservation measures, and we
were constantly working on RFPs.

My sister has spent 20-some-odd years as a grant proposal writer; she
specializes in nonprofit groups.
