re: When you number your documents, how many of you begin page numbering on
the title page?
Seems like a corollary question might be ... how many of you list the title
page in the table of contents? How many of you list the table of contents
in the table of contents? It does make me feel good to see a "page 1" in
the table of contents. I could be spanked for this view, couldn't I?
