Definitely pick up "FrameMaker 5.5 for Dummies". Not
only is it a good book, but it also contains a CD with
a demo of FrameMaker on it. You won't be able to print
your files (or save them?) but you'll learn how to use
FrameMaker. You may want to hit your friend up for the
version 5 CD after learning from the Dummies book - so
you can work on your own and actually save and print
files. Also, join the Framers mailing list at
www.FrameUsers.com. This list, even if you just lurk,
will supply you with plenty of support as you learn
the tool. Good luck!
