We're updating help for a product that has run on 95, 98, and NT and now
runs on 2000. Some of the documentation areas are skimpy, so we're beefing
things up quite a bit.

We have included documentation on starting the Remote Registry Service for
95 and 98, and now we are adding the 2000 info. Our programmers "think" or
are "pretty sure" that this functionality updates automatically, but we'd
feel better if we could verify this.
A search of Microsoft's Web site has not turned up any answers.

Does anyone here have a definitive answer? We'd be greatful for an ME answer
as well.

Thanks for any answers in advance.
