Bryan,
No courses, but a wonderful book for software GUI usability is "GUI
Bloopers Don'ts and Dos for software developers and web designers" by
Jeff Johnson, ISBN 1-55860-582-7. Very helpful, covers everything, and
it's a good read to boot. Also, a lot of the UI information on the web
is really pretty applicable to any GUI, if you think about it.
