Kent, I don't know of any specific sites that address your problem.
However, I can give you a few additional resources to go to in search
of your answer:

* http://www.xml.com/ - a site dedicated to XML, includes articles
on how business uses XML, programming, graphics, schemas, style
etc.

* http://www.sandhills.cc.nc.us/html.html - this site has lots of
links to web and XML related sites

* http://www.online-learning.com/index.html - provides online
courses for technical writers and web professionals
