Thank you for pointing this out. I've been watching this thread as various
people touted their personal level of self-discipline, need for social
interaction, etc. and attempted to apply their individual characteristics to
their subordinates, co-workers, and everyone on this list.

Just like with so many other things, sometimes telecommuting works and is
desirable, and sometimes it isn't. 'nuff said.
