You are in a no win situation. Cut your losses and don't worry about how they will get along.
Walk her through your processes. Recommend a full training class for Windows and your authoring software.

Shake her hand, wish her luck, and walk out the door.

There isn't anymore that you can do. They have shot themselves in the foot by not transitioning for a longer time.

Two hours is about what you need to show where your files are and what you are currently doing.
