Hi Michele,

Try the following:
* Close FrameMaker before running WebWorks.
* Make sure WebWorks Rasterizer is your default printer before you generate
the WebWorks project.

Good luck,

Shelly

Hi. I am valiantly trying to convert a Frame doc to HTML using the Web Works
Publisher edition that came with Frame 6.0

This is the error message I get: "The wizard was unable to scan documents in
...."

I can't find anything in the techwhirler archives, and I can't use the
Quadralay
FAQ's because I'm using the Standard edition, and until I see how this works
I
don't really want to buy the Professional edition. There also is no
troubleshooting help, or any information in help re: a scanning document
problem.

Can anyone help?
