Hi,

I'm not sure if this is OT or not, but figured I'd take a chance:

I've got this list of directory structures generated via Windir (small
freeware executable that creates a directory listing with pathname of all
files in a specified drive and subdirectories).

What I'm trying to create or start so that anyone can maintain it, is a
listing of the shared directory on our server, that I can then turn into a
home page, a single URL so that anyone can click one of the hyperlinks and
then open the document to which it is linked.

I started doing this because we have a shared drive that no one seems very
aware of what exists there and what needs to be recreated. This is my first
step in bringing this monster under control.

What I have is some thing like the following:

K:\drivename\subdirectory\subdirectory\filename.ext

I've got one giant list and would like to create a Webpage from this list,
but can't think of a way to turn this listing of files into hyperlinks
without manually linking each and every one of the file names to the
corresponding file on the shared drive.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,

sanjay
