Of course the responsible thing to do would be to answer '6' to all these!

Also, the answer to "Attitude" depends on your perspective. Is it asking if
you have a good or bad attitude?? If it's good, it gets high marks, if it's
bad it gets low marks... or vice versa!! <g> !!!

Today I was handed the following form:

Employee Performance Review
Please rate the following areas on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the
highest.

Initiative
Priority setting
Job knowledge
Proactive
Thinks creatively
Results orientated
Listening
Fit for position
Following procedures
Attitude
Willingness to go extra mile
Sense of urgency
Flexibility
-------------

My initial reaction was to put down "5" in response to these
meaningless statements, but that would indicate an "attitude" of less
than "5", oh dear.
