Thank you all for your advice.

It seems that the general consensus is running around 25 - 30% as an add-on
to cover providing my own benefits etc. I have had estimates up to 120% and
as low as 20%, however, the market looks right now as if the 30% range is
supportable.

I will let you know what happens.
