Has anyone mentioned Adobe Streamline? This is exactly what it's designed to
do; convert bitmap line art into vector images. I've only tried it a couple
of times, and it's not perfect (i.e. sometimes it adds seemingly superfluous
anchor points, etc.) but it's not that bad, either.
