Even if they never develop a future version of FrameMaker, that would not
stop people from being able to use the current version as long as it
continued to meet their needs.

I know writers who are still using Word 95 because they have to use MS's
SGML Author which was discontinued at that level.

While no tool lasts forever, don't believe the urban legend about
FrameMaker.
