Kathi,

Besides all the other recommendations for PhotoShop and FrameMaker.  Check
out ACDSee.  It opens all kinds of graphic files including .mov and .avi
files and can be organized in a thumbnail view.  Additionally, you can add a
hidden file to the graphic with keywords, dates and so on.   Go to
http://www.acdsystems.com/english/products/acdsee/acdsee-node.htm for a
trial version of the software, including a fully functional sponsored
(no-limit) version of the software.
