Can anyone tell me how to do the following in MS Word? I want text to be
hidden in the body of the document, but still to show up in the table of
contents. I've tried formatting it as "hidden" but then it's not visible in
the T of C. The only solution I've found so far is to format the text with a
white color, but there's gotta be a better way...

Any ideas?
