Also, do a search for Rational Software. A few months ago, I ordered a free
promo/tutorial CD-ROM from them (haven't had the time to watch it all though
so I can't comment on its usefulness).

Do a search for UML and VB. There are many UML tools available, many have
trial versions, some have free limited feature versions.
