If you just want one help file with a common CNT, modify your HPJ
file so that under the [Files] section you have both RTFs listed.

If you want one CNT that includes CNTs from other help files, you
can edit the CNT in HelpWorkshop, add a new object, select the
Include option, and type the name of the CNT to include.
