This works for Acrobat 4 (except on NT), and is worth a try:
1. From Word's File menu, choose Print.
2. Make sure Acrobat Distiller is the selected printer.
3. Click Properties.
4. Select one of the custom paper size icons; then click Custom.
5. Set the width to 6.5 and the height to 7.5; then click OK.
6. Click OK to close the Acrobat Distiller Properties dialog box.
7. Click Close (NOT Print).
8. Run PDFMaker as usual.
Hope that helps!
