Hi Kristyna,
RoboHelp is designed for creating individual help projects. It's good at
emulating the help system that you would get, faking you out into
believing that the hyperlinks are hyperlinking, etc. But it is just an
emulation; it is not the compiled help system.
Because it is just an emulation, you start running into its limitations
for any operation that you would want to perform than spans help files
(such as jumping between help files or the master TOC stuff).
The basis for this is that RoboHelp can work on one HPJ file at a time.
The HPJ file tells you what RTF files are included, the MAP information,
the window information (including buttons), where to locate things, etc.
It can't always find the context IDs and other information that would be
present in another help file. All it has to go on is the information for
the current project.
When you create a master project, there are multiple HPJ files involved.
RoboHelp (and ForeHelp) can't cope.
Ich wünsche Dir was.
