Amy said <major snip>: We mandated that the first time an F-word was used in
a chapter, it was spelled out. Yes, it was possible to have Fidelity
Telecommunications Company spelled out 13 times in a document, if need be.
But I think it helped with the acronym vertigo.
=== My question ===
What do all of you online help authors do with multiple acronyms? We're
transitioning from hardcopy to electronic manuals. I'm guessing we could
create an Ancronym topic that would serve as a glossary. If the acronym(s)
occur on each HTML page, that would mean a lot of long words. Do you use
text popups to define the acronyms?

question been discussed on that list?>>
Your suggestions/experience are appreciated. Thank you,
