My next door cube neighbor can't print duplex. He gets
a message saying Dulplex is not installed. I have the
same FrameMaker 6.0, and I have no problem printing
duplex to the same printer.
I consulted FM online help and searched the Adobe
knowledge base, but didn't find any answers there. Do
you all have any ideas how I can help him?

It isn't FM that controls duplex printing, it is the print driver. Get the same print driver, one that supports duplexing.
