Three names of known value mixed in with 30-40 of unknown and (given the
state of the headhunting field) probably low-quality new ones. Seems as
if John was ripped off, if we look at this as an exchange.
I don't look at it that way, however... if John's friend asked for
headhunters implying or outright saying that they were for his own use,
but then used them differently, John has a right to be annoyed, and
should never share any important information with that person again. My
opinion, of course.
