They are enabled options or enabled option buttons, not radio buttons with a dot-thingy in them. ;) But, know thy audience and write accordingly. If they would better understand "radio button with a dot", then make it so. :)<<
It's funny Bill's response showed up on my email right after the reference to nit-picking (THAT referring to the Nielson email exchanges)...and I thought it was in reference to the dot-thingy thing Bill mentioned.
One of my team writers was in my cube when I was reading Bill's response. She asked: "Such threads do beg the question: Have we gotten just a bit carried away with minutia here? You just know Andrew is grinding his teeth with some of these questions and elaborate responses. What really is important in our day-to-day work?"
I guess that depends on what your definition of "is" is..to quote a former president.
