I have questions on two different topics.

First, for all that I've read about trademark and copyright issues, I can't
recall ever finding what the process is to obtain a trademark. Can anyone
point me in the right direction?

Second, does anyone know of resources listing philanthropic and non-profit
organizations that provide grants? I've dug around a little without luck and
I feel like there must be a decent list of them somewhere, but I just don't
know where to turn.

Thank you,

David Berg
