Have you gone through your documents and marked the words for the index? Go
to Insert menu, Index and Table of Contents, Index (I think) and go from
there. No Entries Found means Word doesn't see anything you want indexed.
Then, are you sure you have the RD fields pointed correctly at the files?

I'm not trying to be unhelpful, but it is all documented in Word Help.

Hi Folks,

My apologies to many of you who responded to my
