I use Web Devil. I don't know if there is a Windows version of it, but it's
a very handy and efficient tool. I use it when I have finished a website and
want to keep a "record" of it for my portfolio. You can download it from http://www.macupdate.com/ or from Chaotic Software's own website. It's
shareware.
