Now the important question... do you think explaining how to write Web
applications is vital to running/using a Web application server?

The obvious answer is yes, but that is like including a "Programming in C"
book with a C compiler, in addition to "Using [Acme's] C Compiler". Visual
Basic had to include docs on how to write VB since it was largely a
proprietary language, but what about open source languages like Java?
