Hello -

I work for a financial institution that is in the process of taking all of
its current mortgage forms and converting them to online forms on which
they can edit the text, if and when it is necessary. I am running into
problems while trying to convert these docs and I'm not sure what I am
doing wrong. So far this has been my process:

Scanning the mortgage form on a flat-bed scanner.
Converting the scanned image into a PDF file.
In Adobe Acrobat 4.0, under Tools > Paper Capture > Capture Pages.

This is where I run into problems. Once the Capture Pages function is
used, the size of my document is changed from 8.5 x 14 to 8.5 x 13.96.
According to my client this minor change in length will not allow him to
create a new PDF file. Is there any way to use the Capture Pages feature
on a document without it changing the size of the document?

Thanks,

Marianne
