FrontPage --> HTML converter wanted

We need to convert some HTML generated by MS FrontPage into clean W3C HTML.

I think Dreamweaver has an option for this. However, I avoid Dreamweaver because I get this annoying song in my head the rest of the day. Urgh.

Anybody who could point me to a conversion utility (preferably free download) would be doing me a great service.

Or maybe there's another workflow?
