Hallo:

You are probably using the wrong printer. It sounds like you are using the
Adobe PostScript printer driver with the Generic.ppd, instead of the
Distiller PPD (Adistil4.ppd for Acrobat 4). I recommend you go to
http://www.adobeforums.com, sign in, stop by the FrameMaker forum and
checkout the FrameMaker FAQ.
