You miss the point:

Your observations about PDF are not limitations of the tool, they are your
limitations, be it technique, workflow, or whatever. Nobody is angry or
upset, as far as I can tell, just surprised that you project the limitations
of your process and your experiences onto the workforce as a whole. Also,
some of your assumptions about PDF seem incorrect.

Simply put, we are not all having the problems you describe.
