I assume the developer meant that the application, not
RoboHelp, has a web front end...

No matter the case, Bonita, I'm afraid your programmer
is dreadfully misinformed. He/she is obviously still
under the impression that RoboHelp only produces
WinHelp. Not the case. You can produce HTML (and I
think even XML, but don't quote me on that) as well as
many other types of Help.

Please let us know what version of RoboHelp you're
using. But if a newer release, your programmer's fears
can be put to bed.
