Hi, all,

I am creating a template to report on high-severity help desk tickets. I want the user to enter the help desk ticket number in the Subject field in the document Properties dialog when the document is created from the template. The HD number will then appear in the Subject field on the title page.

I have lost my good old folder with all the form/macro tips and tricks, and I can't find it in the online Word help.

Can anyone post a quick method? Or even a slow one?

Thanks in advance,
Karen Black
