Hi, Jim :-)

Check out AuthorIT (http://www.author-it.com), which can import both Frame MIF and
Word doc files. Then, after importing and setting up the structure of your project,
export to HTML or XHTML. (It tends to be IE-centric, but it does display in
Netscape 4+.) The Desktop version is $199, the Workgroup version is $499. A demo
version is available at their site (although I don't know which version it is).

I've created a Tools Comparison Matrix, which is available at
http://helpstuff.com/downloads/tools.pdf. I haven't updated it in a couple of
months, but most of the information should still be accurate.
