Re: Question about Dreamweaver
I am working with Dreamweaver and I'm trying to figure out how to create a pop-up message to notify the user of something once they click on a link. I need something similar to when you download software and they ask you if you agree to their terms and conditions before you can move forward in the download process. Can this be done? Do any of you talented folks know how?
You can add an onclick event with an alert() function, like this:
<a href="http://www.myurl.com" onclick="javascript:alert('Message goes here.')">link text goes here</a>
