How to automate documentation development process?
Subject:How to automate documentation development process? From:Mandar Atmasidha <matmasidha -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Fri, 30 Nov 2001 07:10:15 -0800 (PST)
Hi All,
I am creating documentation for a Software product.
Basically I have to create Context Sensitive Help &
User Manual. In our software product many new features
get added on weekly basis. So I have to update the
documentation on weekly basis. I have to create Online
Help in HTML & Java Help format and User Manual in PDF
format.
But I would like to automate the documentation
process, so that documentation development process
will be in sync with Software Development. Can someone
tell me how should I automate document creation
process?
Please suggest me the tools using which I will be able
to get the entire above file formats (HTML, PDF, Java
Help).
Please reply to my queries.
Regards,
Mandar
