Hello Craig Branham,

There are many good books on ID and Web Based
Training. I have read some of these books.

Listing some of them
1) Web-Based Training Cookbook by Brandon Hall
2) Instructional Design for Web-based Training by
Kerri Conrad
3) Instructional Technology for Teaching and Learning:
Designing Instruction, Integrating Computers, and
Using Media by Timothy J. Newby

You can also search books on www.amazon.com

Apart from this I would like to know what tool you are
using to create WBT. Are you using Macromedia
Authorware? Because this is a very good tool for
creating WBT.

Regards,
Mandar
