Importing screen shots in Word

When you import a screen shot in Word, is it acceptable to resize the image
by changing the settings in the Size tab of the Format Image dialog box? Or
is that "resampling?"

Or, should one set up the size of the image one wants in SnagIt or
Photoshop?
