Perhaps a useful discussion this week could center on Jakob Nielsen's latest

Certainly seems every time he uses "designer" in this article, we could
think "technical writer" and benefit from it.

PS: Have no connection to Nielsen other than as a fan and as another Dane, I
suppose.
