Ed,

Document EVERYthing....what you're doing on the project, the problems you're having, the solutions; try to communicate with her via e-mail (be sure and include everything in all your responses) and print them out, both your e-mails to her and hers to you. Set up a paper trail. And when the you-know-what hits the fan, you'll have backup that she lied to everyone about her technical skills.

Unfortunately, just because someone is a STC member doesn't mean that person is competent - or honest. Most of us are, but one bad apple....
