It sounds to me like somebody has been monkeying with the fonts. They
worked fine on Friday, right? It's a postscript thing; the telling clue
is that it looks fine on screen, but prints garbage. Do a couple of
other things, if you haven't already:
1) Open Adobe Type Manager and ensure that the postscript version of
Times Bold is installed.
2) If it is, the font could be corrupted. Delete it and reinstall the
postscript font to your usual fonts directory from disk.
Also, sometimes it makes a difference whether you call out the desired
font in a character or paragraph tag versus just hitting the B-for-bold
button in the toolbar. Ensure that it's consistent, because B-for-bold
could be calling out a different font than what you intend.
