I have also seen lots of frustrated engineers who became tech. writers,
usually people who did not complete their engineering degree or are not good
enough to work for R&D departments. They usually take it out on frustrated
novelists or art majors who work as tech. writers. There seem to be lots of
frustrated people in this profession from both sides. I wonder if this is
true for other professions as well.
