Its means "know your stuff." Save your dough and stay home and read a book.
These meaningless seminars are just ego-showcases sprinkled with buzzword
ambushes. Knowledge Management is nothing more that some stupid consultant
craze telling firms to do what they already should be doing - documenting their
products and technologies.
I agree 95% with Plato. To make it 100% add "implicit and explicit processes". Where the TW is most important is documenting the implicit processes. Engineers and scientists have great difficulty in even bending their mind around the fact that they have anything implicit.
