It's that very issue that's forcing me to buy a copy of Frame and learn it.Do it! The best thing I ever did for my job prospects, back when I was starting out, was shell out for a copy of FrameMaker. Aside from MS Word, it's probably the software most commonly mentioned in job ads.
There's just too many places that use it.
Of course, you and Andrew are right: tools are easy to learn. But try telling HR mavens that.
