Question: Have you ever been able toNo, but then I don't waste much time worrying about non-competition clauses, either. That's mainly because I don't necessarily expect to be working in the same field a year from now. However, the one time I wanted to violate such a clause, I was able to negotiate a settlement that kept every satisfied and honest.
