Haven't read through this in any detail, but the basic notion is that Adobe
is happy to let you distribute Reader because it promotes the dominance of
their Acrobat technology. But they do have a series of licence conditions to
scan through to make sure that your specific situation isn't sufficiently
unique that is somehow violates their rules.
