I think this is incorrect. We include the reader on a Resource CD 
that has all of our manuals, literature, etc. in PDF format.  We filled 
out paperwork to do so. It doesn't cost anything, but I believe you do 
have to have a signed agreement.

As someone else mentioned, go to the Adobe site to confirm.
